  12. If I am on the Will Call or Guest List and pick up my ticket at the Box Office, can I activate my wristband and sign up for Cashless?
  13. I Have a Question About Wristband Activation Not Answered Here. Who Can I Contact?
  1. How Does Cashless Work?

It’s easy! Simply follow these three easy steps:

    1. Activate your festival ticket with the unique ID (located on the inside of your wristband) during which time you can link your credit card to your wristband and set a required PIN for security. Now you’re registered for Cashless too!

    2. Next, order at any bar location and select vendors, and let them know you are paying with your wristband.

    3. Then tap your wristband, add a tip amount, enter your PIN, and then you’re done!

  2. What Are the Cashless Benefits?
    • Save time and easy to use!
    • No need to carry cash or a credit card.
    • Accepted at all bars, food vendors, art market vendors, and festival merchandise tents.
  3. In Order to Activate My Wristband, Do I Have to Sign Up for Cashless?

No. While we certainly think Cashless is the best payment option, you can activate your wristband without enabling the Cashless payment option.

  4. I Already Activated My Wristband, But Missed Cashless

Don’t stress! Visit the Wristband Activation Tent located next to the Info Tent, and our staff can help you add Cashless and set your PIN right there!

For more information check out our wristband activation page.

  5. Are There Any Additional Fees for Using My Cashless Wristband?

Nope! It is free to sign up and free to use!

  6. Is My Credit Card Information Stored on my Wristband?

No. We do not store any financial data on the wristband. The PIN you choose during Cashless registration will always be required to make a purchase. But your card number and billing details are not stored on the wristband. So don’t worry about someone snagging your info.

  7. Is Cashless Secure?

Yes! It works in conjunction with your credit card so it carries all the same security features and protection. You will also set a PIN during registration (just like a debit card), so no one else will be able to use your wristband or your Cashless Account without your PIN.

  8. Can I Link the Same Card to Multiple Wristbands?

Yes. If you wish to allow your card to be linked to multiple wristbands, you certainly can. Each wristband will require a separate PIN. The PIN must be entered when using the wristband to purchase anything participating in the Cashless program at the festival.

  9. Can I Link Multiple Credit or Debit Cards to My Wristband?

No. You will only be able to link a single credit or debit card to your wristband.

  10. Will My Wristband Run Out of Money?

Not unless the card you linked it to does. No funds are stored on the wristband. It’s just linked to your credit or debit card. As long as you can still use your card, you will still be able to use your Cashless wristband.

  11. What Happens if My Wristband is Damaged?

First, don’t panic. We can help! Come to a Ticket Help booth or the Box Office and we will be able to help replace the wristband if you activated it. You will have to re-link your credit card for security purposes. Then you will be back in action!

  12. If I am on the Will Call or Guest List and pick up my ticket at the Box Office, can I activate my wristband and sign up for Cashless?

Yes! Once you get your wristband(s), just visit seahearnowfestival.com/wristband from your smart phone or click the Activation link in the Mobile App, and complete the easy activation steps and optional Cashless add-on right there on the spot with a few clicks!

  13. I Have a Question About Wristband Activation Not Answered Here. Who Can I Contact?

Please contact our ticket service provider, Front Gate Tickets, or by calling their friendly support team at 888.512.SHOW (7469) Monday – Saturday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. CST.

    • Answers to questions specific to the Accessibility program

    • Information on our wristband program
  2. Accessible Viewing + Deaf and Hard of Hearing Areas

If you have mobility impairments, sensory difficulties or are Deaf or Hard of Hearing you can request a specially colored wristband at the Accessibility Center. This wristband is to show our team that you (plus one companion) are eligible to enter the Accessible Viewing Areas or the Deaf and Hard of Hearing areas.

NOTE: These areas have limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The wristband does not guarantee a spot in these areas and is non-transferable.

  3. Patrons With Mobility Limitations

The festival grounds are fully navigable for people with mobility disabilities, but please be aware that this is a large venue with great distances between stages. Also, it is an outdoor music festival situated in a park, beach, and on the boardwalk. Therefore, most travel is over natural terrain. There are accessible pathways connected throughout the venue including pick-up and drop-off areas, entrances, stage viewing areas, vendors and all other activity areas.

Sea.Hear.Now does not provide personal care, golf cart rides, or push service of any kind or wheelchairs or scooters for rent or loan. If you need to recharge your motorized wheelchair, you may do so at the Accessibility Center. Patrons should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20 amp circuit.

Accessible portalets are available at the ends of each row of restrooms throughout the festival grounds.

  4. ADA Festival Entrance

There are special designated lanes at the festival entrances for patrons with disabilities. Look for the wheelchair signs above the entrance lanes or ask a staff member to direct you to the lanes.

  5. ADA Parking, Pick Up and Drop Off & Transportation

Parking is not available on the festival grounds. Guests can find ADA parking spots available throughout all general parking lots near the festival area here. There is also street parking available. Make sure to have a valid, government-issued ADA placard/plate/permit present in your vehicle.

Also, we encourage using public transit routes. For more information visit the Public Transportation section above.

Our official ADA PICK UP & DROP OFF location is:
    1115 4th Ave
    Asbury Park, NJ 07712

  6. American Sign Language (ASL) Interpretation Performances

We provide many American Sign Language (ASL) interpreted music performances for patrons who are deaf or Hard of Hearing, identified by a two hands symbol on the festival schedule. Click here to view the schedule of ASL interpreted sets.

Write access@seahearnowfestival.com to request specific shows be interpreted. The deadline to request an interpretation is August 29th. Requests submitted after this date will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

  7. Service Animals

Animals and pets are not allowed with the festival grounds. Service animals are permitted; however, this does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals.

If you are bringing a service animal, make sure to check in at the Accessibility Center for registration. Only legitimate service animals that are properly trained and under the proper care of their owners will be provided with the appropriate credentials.

  8. Special Dietary Needs

Outside food and drink is not allowed in the festival. Sea Hear Now will have food vendors that provide gluten-free dietary options.

A patron requiring insulin is allowed to bring his or her medically necessary materials and medications provided all medicine has a prescription label with the patron’s name. Out of concern for the festival staff who handle the trash, please dispose of your medical waste and syringes in the proper disposal located at the medical tent (see public map for exact location). Please do not dispose of these items in other trash bins at the festival.

  9. Comments, Questions & Suggestions

Sea.Hear.Now will consider any request by a guest with disability for reasonable modification of its policies, practices or procedures or for auxiliary aids and services that will permit the guest equal enjoyment of the goods and services offered at the Festival. We encourage you to make any such request as far in advance as possible to enhance our ability to evaluate and fulfill the request.

In continually trying to make our festival more accessible we encourage you to contact us at access@seahearnowfestival.com for any of your accessibility-related needs. Additionally, if you have any questions about ADA policies or our services please reach out to us.
